Project Details:

This Stretch involves the development of two roads –

  • two laning with paved shoulder (10m) from Mathura (U.P. Border) to RUB & 4-Lane RUB to NH-11; and
  • two laning with Hard Shoulder (7 m) of Gangapur to Bhadoti Road and aggregates to a total of 63.75 km

RIDCOR Infra Projects Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of RIDCOR, has completed the construction of Gangapur to Bhadoti stretch (42 Km) and Mathura (U.P. Border) to Bharatpur stretch (23.75 Km).

The project roads pass through the districts of Bharatpur and Sawai Madhopur.

Benefits: Mega Highway Gangapur to Bhadoti acts as a feeder road to the stretch Lalsot to Kota forming part of the Phase I and provides as shorter and direct connectivity in between the state of Uttar Pradesh and South eastern Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. This Mega Highway will reduce travel time and distance of long hauling interstate commercial vehicles and will save cost of fuel and time.

Mega Highway from Mathura (UP Border) to Bharatpur is the main feeder road to the State of Uttar Pradesh and provides direct connectivity to Mathura and Vrindavan, which are holy cities of religious importance to Hindus and to Aligarh and other tourist places of Uttar Pradesh and Uttrakhand. It also provides connectivity to Delhi through NH-2, which meets at Mathura.
